I’m good with your tweaks. Since this is what is SBO and how works 101, an external panel does not make sense to me.

My notes were that an external panel was only for the radiological consequences since the other agencies are involved. Not sure what the industry, NEI, Lochbaum, etc would add.

I would like to go forward with no external panel on this one and see what Angela thinks.

What about external stakeholders? I think the Chairman is expecting them for this meeting too.

Also, I would tweak the purpose:

To provide the Commission with an updated on the status of the JapaRese events in Japan and to provide an overview of the Station Blackout Rule.
