Fukushima Daiichi – Public On-Site Radiation Maps vs Industry On-Site Radiation Maps

While digging through FOIA documents, I came across an email from Takashi Sato with TEPCO, transmitting radiation dose maps to the NRC.

I didn’t find any change in values between the two maps, but the coloring had been modified before the public maps were released.

The chart in the middle is the map transmitted to the NRC by TEPCO, the chart on the left is the public map in Japanese, and on the right the public map in English

The maps can be found on TEPCOs site here and here.
