1. Dialogue with NISA and TEPCO continues to get better each day.

2. NRC shared our view of importance of common understanding of core condition (ex-vessel or not)’ so that any recommendations we make will be based on correct status.

3. TEPCO provided answers to several questions NRC had asked the previous day, so follow-up is good. NRC is continuing to follow up on some information requests, and has provided a draft set of recommendations for next steps in ensuring safe cooldown and water inventory recovery for Units 1 through 3, and spent fuel pools for units 1 through

4. NRC hopes to have a dialogue with NISA on those recommendations in the next several days.
