TEPCO has dispatched the Quince 2 robot into the 5th operating floor of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant Reactor 2.  Radiation doses over 220 mSv per hour were recorded, as the robot searched around the crippled building.   The levels recorded near the stairwell were similar to those recorded before October 20th, when the original Quincebot broke down inside of the reactor building.
