A worker at Fukushima Daiichi was moving about the disaster site Tuesday, when he noticed that there was a pool of water covering the floor on the first floor of the Unit 4 Turbine Building.
The source of the water was traced back to a pipe which carries contaminated water from Reactor 3 to a temporary storage facility. The water was found to contain over 75,000 becquerels per milliliter of radioactive cesium.
