KEPCO denies active fault under Ohi plant

Kansai Electric Power Company, the operator of the Ohi nuclear power plant said the firm could not obtain any data that contradict the outcomes of its past investigations into faults under the nuclear site.

Kansai Electric Power Company submitted an interim report on the 900 meter-long seam beneath the Ohi plant to the Nuclear Regulation Authority on Wednesday.  The Nuclear Regulation Authority will conduct its own survey on Friday.
