TEPCO says cannot deny Fukushima Daiichi may still be leaking radiation into ocean

After a article published in the US academic journal Science by Ken Buesseler, a senior scientist at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute revealed that cesium levels in fish had not declined in the last year and a half, TEPCO admitted that it could not rule out that the crippled Fukushima Daiichi reactors were still leaking radiation into the ocean.
